Il réside en chacun de nos chakras des pouvoirs secrets, les Siddhis, qui sont des pouvoirs spirituels latents. Une fois purifiés et éveillés, l’harmonie créer par l’ouverture de ces roues d’énergie nous apporte la paix intérieure jusqu’à l'union fusionnelle avec l'Atman, l’Être Cosmique.
Ils ressemblent à des fleurs. Tout comme elles, les chakras peuvent être fermés ou ouverts. Plus ils sont ouvert, plus l'énergie circule librement. L'aura d’un chakra peut rayonner de plusieurs couleurs, mais chacun d’eux a une dominante.
Le premier est appelé " chakra racine ou de base " ou Muladhara. Il est situé au niveau du coccyx. Sa couleur dominante est le rouge. Il est associé à la vitalité physique. Il nous maintient relié au monde matériel à notre mère la Terre
Le deuxième est appelé "chakra sacré ou du sacrum " ou Svadhistana. Il est situé au niveau du sacrum. Sa couleur dominante et l'orange. Il est le siège de l'énergie sexuelle, celle de la force créatrice qui est nécessaire à la reproduction. Il est en rapport avec l'élément Eau , source de vie.
Le troisième est appelé " plexus solaire " ou Manipura. Il est situé au niveau de l'estomac. Sa couleur dominante et le jaune. Il associé aux fonctions d'assimilations et de transformations. Son élément est le Feu.
Le quatrième est appelé "chakra du cœur " ou Anahata. Comme son nom l'indique, il est situé au niveau du cœur. Sa couleur dominante est le vert. Il est associé aux émotions. Il est le pont entre les centres d'énergie inférieurs, psycho-émotionels et les supérieurs mental-spirituel.
Le cinquième est appelé " chakra de la gorge " ou Vishuddha. Comme son nom l'indique, il est situé au niveau de la gorge. Sa couleur dominante est le bleu. Il est associé à l'expression de soi. Il est le centre de l'expression et de la communication avec l'extérieur.
Le sixième est appelé " troisième œil " ou " chakra frontal " ou Ajna. Il est situé à la racine du nez, entre les yeux. Sa couleur dominante et l’indigo. Il est associé à l'intellect et aux fonctions psychiques. Il est le siège de l'intuition et de la prise de conscience.
Le septième est appelé " chakra coronal " ou Sahasrara. Il est situé au sommet de la tête. Sa couleur dominante varie suivant son ouverture, il est blanc ou violet. C’est par celui-ci que nous avons accès à notre être supérieur, l’union avec le divin, l’ouverture au monde spirituel.

The sixth is called "third eye" or "frontal chakra" or Ajna. It is located at the root of the nose, between the eyes. Its dominant color and indigo. It is associated with the intellect and the psychic functions. He is the seat of intuition and awareness.
The seventh is called "coronal chakra" or Sahasrara. It is located at the top of the head. Its dominant color varies according to its opening, it is white or purple. It is through this that we have access to our superior being, union with the divine, openness to the spiritual world.
